Stuffed breaded shrimp

Today we will prepare some delicious breaded shrimp stuffed with ham in a very easy and quick way using inexpensive ingredients. An ideal dish to eat at dinner or as an appetizer. Come and join us to prepare these crunchy stuffed shrimp.


  • 500 grams of shrimp
  • Bread crumbs
  • Vegetable oil
  • 1 cup of wheat flour
  • 1 lemon
  • ¼ cabbage, shredded
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 300 grams of bacon
  • 200 grams of cheese

  1. Wash and devein shrimp with a knife, rinse again to remove head and intestines. Make a cut in half down the back of each shrimp to be able to stuff it later.
  2. Add salt and pepper to taste to the shrimp and let stand for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, grate the cheese, chop the ham into small pieces and place in a bowl. Add wheat flour to a plate.
  3. In a bowl, crack the eggs and add the juice of 1 lemon, salt and pepper to taste, then stuff each shrimp with ham and cheese and dip them in the previous mixture. Then coat them with a layer of flour.
  4. In a bowl over medium-high heat, add oil and once hot, fry the shrimp in batches of 4 on each side until golden brown, about 10 minutes. That’s it, you’ve got yourself some breaded stuffed shrimp.
