Shrimps in cilantro cream

Today we bring a quick and easy dinner for those who love shrimp and good taste.

These are delicious shrimps with cilantro cream, garlic and chili powder, a very tasty dish designed to delight your palate!


  • 500 grams of shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 5 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of red hot chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup fresh cilantro
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. In a skillet over medium-low heat, heat the oil, add the shrimp and cook, stirring until the shrimp are just pink, about 4 minutes. Set aside on a plate.
  2. Increase the heat to medium, add the garlic, chili powder, cumin and sauté until the garlic softens, about 40 seconds.
  3. Put the cream, cilantro and green onion in a blender and blend everything well until you get a sauce.
  4. Add the sauce to the pan and cook for 1 minute, put the shrimp back in the pan and stir to coat them with the sauce.
  5. Taste your cilantro cream shrimp and season to taste with salt and pepper, then serve immediately.
