Gulas and prawns salad

Today we will share with you this warm salad of prawns and eels so that you can prepare it and share it with people special to you, as we consider it a perfect meal to surprise your guests.


  • 300 grams of prawns or king prawns
  • 250 grams of gulas
  • 100 grams of lettuce
  • 100 grams of spinach
  • 100 grams of arugula
  • 2 pomegranates
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 cayenne pepper or chilli
  • 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Wash and dry the spinach, lettuce and rocket well, then set aside in a saucepan.
  2. De-seed the pomegranates by cutting them in half and tapping them with the edge of a wooden spatula or spoon.
  3. Slice the garlic cloves and fry in a pan with 2 tablespoons of olive oil along with the cayenne or chilli for a few minutes over a low heat until the garlic begins to toast.
  4. Remove the garlic and chilli and in the same pan add the prawns (already peeled and deveined) to the pan and fry for 2 minutes.
  5. Add the gula to the pan along with the prawns and continue frying for a further 2 minutes. Remove from the heat and leave to cool.
  6. Mix the 3 tablespoons of olive oil, the balsamic vinegar cream, 1 pinch of salt and 1 pinch of pepper.
  7. Place a bed of lettuce, arugula and spinach mixture in a bowl. Arrange a few pomegranate seeds on top for decoration, then add the vinaigrette on top.
  8. Place the gulas and sautéed prawns on top of the salad and decorate with a touch of balsamic vinegar.
