Ingredients

  • 12 cooked prawns
  • 14 crab sticks or surimi
  • 100 grams of canned tuna loin
  • 5 long slices of bread without crust
  • 450 grams of mayonnaise
  • 2 ½ tablespoons of scorpionfish mousse
  • 1 ½ tablespoons ketchup sauce
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, cook the eggs for 10 minutes, let them cool and peel them.
  2. Peel the cooked prawns, reserve 5 for the final garnish and chop the remaining 7 prawns into small pieces.
  3. Chop or grate the 14 crab sticks, separate the yolk from the hard-boiled egg and then chop it into small pieces, chop the tuna as well.
  4. In a bowl mix the 350 grams of mayonnaise with the 2 ½ tablespoons of goat mousse and the ketchup.
  5. Pour over this pink sauce the previously chopped prawns, surimi, tuna and egg, add salt and pepper to taste and mix well.
  6. Form layers of elongated bread and fill until you have 4 layers, cover the fifth layer of bread with mayonnaise and decorate with the remaining 5 prawns and the chopped egg yolk.
