This dish prepared with sliced bread, surimi, tuna and prawns is really exquisite, the mousse sauce of scorpion fish, ketchup and mayonnaise give it a really special flavour, and it is also ideal for a dinner party.


  • 12 cooked prawns
  • 14 crab sticks or surimi
  • 100 grams of canned tuna loin
  • 5 long slices of bread without crust
  • 450 grams of mayonnaise
  • 2 ½ tablespoons of scorpionfish mousse
  • 1 ½ tablespoons ketchup sauce
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

  1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, cook the eggs for 10 minutes, let them cool and peel them.
  2. Peel the cooked prawns, reserve 5 for the final garnish and chop the remaining 7 prawns into small pieces.
