  • 400 grams of shrimp, cleaned, frozen and peeled
  • 400 grams of mushrooms
  • 6 eggs
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 6 ½ tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Let shrimps defrost at least 30 minutes in advance, better if you take them out of the freezer a few hours before.
